Our History

In 2019 and after many years of practicing business law, Vanessa and Xavier decided to create a company specializing in merger and acquisition for the legal profession in order to encourage the sale of firms.

After several months of reflection and preparation, the concept was defined and the company JURIS INSIDE was founded in 2020.

We have since formed a passionate team to help lawyers seize new opportunities while respecting the values ​​of the legal profession, including confidentiality.

We draw our strength from our own experience having acquired and then resold our law firm.

We wanted this company to be a reflexion of our personalities : serious, rigorous, confidential but also friendly and responsive.
